Welcome to the Babysits family! 🏠 You can easily upgrade to a Premium subscription through the Premium upgrade page on our website (after registration) or directly via the Babysits app.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time on the Premium page. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel directly through those platforms. After cancellation, you'll still have access to Premium services until your current period ends.

Absolutely! 🌟 Even after your subscription ends, you can still keep all your existing conversations going. Great news - you can also respond to any new messages from babysitters completely free of charge.

You can update your payment method by going to the Premium section of your account and clicking the 'Update payment method' button.

Yes. Within 14 days of starting a Premium subscription, you can use "Withdraw from contract" in your account to end it. If you haven't planned a meetup or booking, you'll get a full refund; if you have, we keep a matching fee of 80% of one month and refund the rest. You'll receive a confirmation by email. To just stop future payments, use "Cancel subscription" instead. For subscriptions bought via Apple or Google Play, their refund rules apply.
